Due to a large number of bookings, we are no longer accepting new Private and Social Event bookings for dates in April, May and June. Please see our Note on Current Availability below for dates that are available in 2022.

A Note on Current Availability

Please note RBG is unable to accommodate new event bookings on the following dates:

  • Corporate/Meeting Rentals: April through August 2022
  • Social/Private Event Rentals: April, May, or June 2022
  • Wedding Ceremonies: May 13 through 15, 2022.
  • June 7 through 12, 2022
  • June 23 through 26, 2022
  • July 8 through 10, 2022
  • July 15 through 17, 2022
  • September 2 through 4, 2022
  • September 16 through 18, 2022
  • September 23 through 25, 2022
  • Wedding receptions prior to November, 2022 (ceremony dates still available)

For dates other than those listed, please submit a booking request and allow our team up to 5 business days to review.

COVID-19 Event Policy

March 1, 2022: In line with provincial “Exit Step” guidelines, indoor and outdoor events are permitted without capacity limits at RBG. Proof of vaccination is not required to enter; please note that passive screening and mask-wearing are required for all clients and guests.

Venue Spaces


Our largest space, the auditorium is an excellent choice for your full-sized event. The room includes a divider to split the space into two smaller events and is adjacent to two cocktail/foyer spaces (Royal Court - outdoor, and McQuesten Theatre - indoor).

Camilla & Peter Dalglish Atrium

This award-winning structure is a unique and spectacular setting that brings outdoor beauty indoors. The living wall provides a gorgeous back drop while the Aldershot Escarpment Garden courtyard features flowers and plants and serene water features.

Rock Garden Visitor Centre

The Great Room at the David Braley & Nancy Gordon Rock Garden is an award-winning, state-of-the art facility with a breathtaking view of the gardens through floor-to-ceiling windows, a look-out deck and patio.

Café Annex

Located just off the Greenhouse Café, the newly renovated Annex is perfect for your smaller luncheon or celebration banquet.
