Accessing Member Pre-Sales
RBG members get access to pre-sales when logged into their member accounts at secure.rbg.ca
If you’re an RBG Member, your account is waiting for you! Instead of creating a new account, use the “forgot password” option using the email address associated with your membership.
How to activate your RBG member account:
- Visit secure.rbg.ca
- Enter your email address and “submit” (NOTE: RBG members must use the email associated with their current membership)
- Check your email for a link to reset your password
- Log in with your new credentials and check your account information, including the “My Memberships” page. If there are no memberships associated with your account, it is likely we have a different email address on file. Try an alternative email addresses or get in touch with the membership team.
