Surrounded by the peaceful beauty of nature, our serene space provides a meaningful setting to gather, reflect, and celebrate cherished moments. RBG offers a comforting atmosphere to pay tribute in a way that feels personal and special.

*Please note that Celebration of Life events at RBG are not permitted outside catering, and must be catered by our in-house culinary team.

Hosting Your Celebration of Life in the Rock Garden Great Room

The elegant Great Room at the David Braley and Nancy Gordon Rock Garden is an award-winning, state of the art facility with a breathtaking view of the Upper Lawn and Gardens through floor-to-ceiling windows, a look-out deck and small patio.

Room Capacity

  • Banquet seating – tables and chairs – 100 guests
  • Mixed seating – 100-150 guests
  • Cocktail style – high top tables and chairs – 150-190 guests

If you require a space for more than 190 people please speak with a Sales Representative.

2026 Rental Rates

Rates are based on events under 5 hours in duration in the Rock Garden Great Room, hosted anytime between noon and 5:00pm.

  • Monday to Thursday: $1,400
  • Friday and Sunday: $2,175
  • Saturday and Holiday Weekends: $3,175

All rates are subject to 13% HST.
RBG has a catering minimum of $1,850 + HST and a 17% service fee.
Optional AV package is available for an additional fee.
Tables, chairs, and linens are included in your room rental fee.
Complimentary parking is available for all guests in the Rock Garden parking lot.

Floor Plans

You have the choice of 3 floor plans for your Celebration of Life event. Simply pick the floor plan you prefer, and we’ll have the room set up in this configuration upon your arrival.  The tables, chairs, and linens are included in your space rental fee.

All-Inclusive Catering Options

Celebration of Life events hosted at RBG have a minimum food & beverage spend of $1,850+.

RBG offers a wide variety of signature platters for you to choose from. In addition to choosing from these signature platters you will also have 3 hours of hot beverage service and the choice of adding a bar.
