Speaker Series: Grant Linney

Thursday October 11

TOPIC: Climate Change: Poles Apart and In-Between. In February 2017, Grant Linney was part of a nine-day expedition to the Antarctic Peninsula. Later that same year, Grant was a staff member for an 18-day Students on Ice Arctic expedition which began in Resolute Bay, Nunavut, travelled east through the Northwest Passage and then explored the west coast of Greenland. In this presentation, Grant shares impressions of these experiences as well as his resulting perceptions of global climate change. Learn More >>
