Event Description
RBG is proud to announce that on October 11, 2023, we will be hosting world-renowned environmentalist, United Nations Messenger of Peace, and Founder of the Jane Goodall Institute: Dr. Jane Goodall.
Dr. Jane Goodall is joining us for a key-note presentation to the public where she will share stories of her lifetime of experiences and her reasons for hope.
At RBG Centre, 680 Plains Rd. W. Burlington

How can I purchase tickets?
A limited number of tickets will be available for this event. Due to the anticipated demand, those interested will need to register for a chance to buy tickets.
How can I register for tickets?
Registration will open on September 8, via RBG’s website, and will close at 11:59 pm on Sunday September 17.
A randomly selected number of registrants will be contacted to complete their ticket purchase.
Registration does not guarantee tickets.
If I am selected, how many tickets can I purchase?
Successful registrants will be able to purchase a maximum of two tickets.
How much will the tickets cost?
There are 3 price points / levels of tickets available:
- $50 – Green Level Seating: Seating consists of outside rows and provides a diagonal sightline view to the stage
- $100 – Blue Level Seating: Seating consists of rear inside row seating and provides a straight sightline to the stage.
- $250 – RBG Cocktail Reception with our Conservation Team and Premium Seating: Join us at 6:30 p.m., before Dr. Goodall’s presentation, for a cocktail reception and meet and greet with RBG’s Environmental Conservation Staff. Seating for Dr. Goodall’s presentation consists of middle inside rows and provides a straight sightline to the stage.
NOTE: Names will be randomly selected and assigned to a ticket level; those selected for tickets will be notified by email on September 18 which ticket level they have been selected for, and RBG staff will be calling to complete sales between September 19 and September 21. Due to the limited ticket availability, changing ticket types after random selection is not possible.
I am a member, is there a special process or price for member tickets?
No, the process and ticket prices will be the same for all interested guests. It is a small and intimate evening with Dr. Goodall and a limited number of tickets will be available.
An allotment of tickets will be available for members and an allotment will be available for the general public. The process will be the same for all registrants.
When will I know if I was randomly selected?
Those selected will be contacted by email on September 18 with instructions on the next steps to purchase your tickets.
When will I know if I have NOT been selected for tickets?
RBG will contact those who have not been selected for tickets on September 22 via email.
Why can’t I just buy tickets to the event?
RBGs venue has limited capacity and there will not be enough tickets available for the anticipated interest.
In an effort to ensure tickets are distributed fairly, a registration system will be established.
A randomly selected number of registrants will be contacted to complete their ticket purchase.
