Capture Winter Wonders: Photography Workshop for Adults

Presented by Canon Canada and RBG

Discover a new way to experience Winter Wonders through the lens of a camera. This evening workshop is designed for beginners looking to build skills in a stunning seasonal setting.

Led by Canon experts, you’ll learn how to work with light, frame your shots, and capture striking scenes as you explore Winter Wonders’ most photogenic spaces, from the Mediterranean Garden and Botanical Train Display to the illuminated art installations throughout Hendrie Park.

Bring your own camera or test the latest Canon equipment during this hands-on session. With small group instruction and real-time feedback, you’ll leave with practical techniques and a gallery of beautiful seasonal images.

Workshop registration includes admission to Winter Wonders for the evening.

  • Fee: $130 + $2 Service Fee & HST (Members: $110)
  • Registration Closes: 1 day prior

Schedule

  • 5:30 p.m. Arrival/Registration
  • 5:45 p.m. Welcome and Intro
  • 6:00 p.m. Split into 3 groups and rotate around three locations (Mediterannean Garden, Botanical Train, Outdoors at Winter Wonders)
  • 8:30 p.m. Wind-up
