Breakfast with Santa and Mrs. Claus – SOLD OUT

Pre-purchased tickets are required for this special event.

You will be required to present your pre-purchased tickets upon arrival, either printed out or digitally on your personal device. Each ticket will be scanned. The confirmation receipt is not a ticket. Your tickets were sent to you as an attachment in the confirmation e-mail you received after booking.

The final date for registration is December 6th, 2023, for December 9th and 10th dates, and December 13th, 2023, for December 16th date.

Tickets include access to all operational RBG properties 10:00am and 5:00pm. RBG Brunch (food and beverage) 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. plus a table side visit with Santa and Mrs. Clause  

This event is held indoors and will proceed rain or shine. RBG recommends coming prepared for the weather! RBG reserves the right to cancel a day due to extreme weather. If the event date is cancelled due to weather, a refund will be provided.

Each ticket group (<12) will be seated at the same table. Table types will be assigned to each group. RBG cannot guarantee multiple tables of the same group will be placed within proximity to each other. RBG teams are dedicated to delivering a quality experience for all guests. RBG does our best to group tables in close proximity however this request can’t be guaranteed.

The food service style is self service and, in our efforts, to minimize waste menu offerings are portioned based on the number and type of tickets sold. Due to the nature of this event RBG may not be able to accommodate all dietary restrictions and allergies. Royal Botanical Gardens cannot be held responsible for any dietary restrictions that guests may have.

Please note that in compliance to the Health and Food Department regulations, NO outside food is permitted to be brought in and no left-over food is to be taken from the premises.

RBG Centre is an accessible building with accessible parking on site. Please indicate any accessibility needs or accommodations for yourself or your guests during the registration process.

Washrooms are available in various locations at RBG Main Center. The closest are to the East of the building across from RBG Garden Café and the other to the West through our Mediterranean Garden. Further washrooms are located just outside the Turner Pavilion Teahouse, and in RBG Centre on the lowest floor of the Atrium (at the base of the stairs, before you go through the tunnel into Hendrie Park.

This event is held in RBG Centre at 680 Plains Road W. Burlington Ontario, in our auditorium straight through the building past the gift shop.

Parking is included, available in the large lot at RBG Centre. This garden is located along bus routes for Burlington Transit, with stops a short distance from the entrance. See rbg.ca/directions for more details.

RBG will supply high chairs and booster seats for children when requested during the order process. If the information you provided during the order process changes, please give us a call at 905-527-1158 a minimum of 3 days prior to the event.

If you would like to at the same table as another family who is purchasing their Breakfast tickets separately, please indicate their first and last name in the appropriate box when purchasing your tickets.
