Legacy Giving Program

Royal Botanical Gardens depends on its members, donors and volunteers to continue our important charitable work. Our Legacy Program is a way to show your commitment now, without affecting your income today. Legacy gifts can take many forms: a bequest, charitable gift annuity, RRSP/RRIF or life insurance policy. Each of these options can provide a significant tax advantage and RBG recommends donors seek legal and financial planning advice when making such a gift.

To learn more about how you can make a planned gift and/or other tax-saving giving options, please call 905-527-1158 (1-800-694-4769), ext. 295.

RBG Tribute and Memorial Program

Tribute gifts are a meaningful way to cherish today’s events and yesterday’s memories. Gifts of any denomination can be made in memory of a loved one or to honour an event, individual or family. Every tribute gift is acknowledged with a card sent to the honoured individual or next of kin. Additional recognition is provided in RBG’s Paradise Found and Annual Report to the community.

Donate Now

RBG has additional donor tribute options in our various gardens, including the new David Braley and Nancy Gordon Rock Garden, through our Tribute and Memorial Tree and Bench Program. To learn more about this program, please call 905-527-1158 (1-800-694-4769), ext. 293.
