Guided by one of our instructors, Nadia and Marie, these mindful morning sessions invite you to explore the landscape at a gentle pace, engaging your senses and deepening your connection to the natural world.

Through guided invitations such as quiet observation, breathing, and reflection, participants will experience the calming and restorative benefits of time spent in nature. This gentle program offers a peaceful and grounding way to begin your day and start your week feeling centred, refreshed and present. No experience necessary, just bring your curiosity and a willingness to unplug.
