Hamilton Police Female Choir

11:30 a.m.;  RBG Centre

The Hamilton Police Female Choir is unique in that they are the one and only all-female police choir in Canada. The choir is composed of civilian and sworn members, along with retired members of the Hamilton Police Service. Every year they participate in both the Toronto and Ottawa Police Memorials, along with other police choirs from Ontario and Quebec. They are proud of their involvement with the community.

Klaudia’s Music Studio

11:00 a.m.; RBG Centre

Performing string orchestras are made up of students from Klaudia's Music Studio of Oakville. There are three groups: MagicK Orchestra, MiniMagicK, and MiniMiniMagicK, with students from age 6 to adult. They rehearse weekly, supported by the teachers at Klaudia's Music Studio, and perform regularly throughout the year. The program on November 19 at 11:00 A.M. includes Vivaldi, Corrette and The Beatles. Conductors: Ms. Alexis Brett and Mr. Jeremy Potts. Cello instruction: Mr. Janko Marjanovic. Piano accompaniment: Ms. Anne Mosher.

 

 
 

Comic Show by Juggler Craig Douglas

1:30 p.m.; RBG Centre

Comic Juggler Craig Douglas is a frenetic, kinetic comedian who will have audiences of all ages roaring with laughter. You are invited along for a wild ride as Craig sprints from one thrilling feat to the next: bowling balls fly, machetes whirl, and he even teeters atop a six-foot unicycle!

High Five Quartet

5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.; RBG Centre (roaming)

High Five have been performing a capella together since 2010 and have over 60 years of combined singing experience between them. Performing at various venues throughout Southern Ontario, High Five just love to be on stage. Four women who love to sing – and the music makes five – High Five!

The Harlequin Singers

For the past 45 years, The Harlequin Singers have entertained thousands of music lovers as one of Ontario’s largest and premier Broadway music choirs. Singing to sold-out shows, the Harlequins have developed a unique jazzy, mellow sound. The vast repertoire is drawn from Broadway musicals, award winning films, the big band era, jazz, contemporary, folk and pop charts.

 

 
 

Darren Bedford

3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.; RBG Centre

Darren performs on a unicycle, with a variety show featuring juggling, yo-yo tricks, plate spinning, and balloon animals and lots of interaction and audience participation.

Enchorus Children’s Choir

11:00 a.m.; RBG Centre

The Enchorus Children's Choir was started in October 2012 by Catherine Richardson, a local teacher and musician, who was invited by The Burlington Concert Band to provide a choir to sing at the 2012 Sounds of Christmas Concert. Within two weeks, Catherine gathered 17 eager young children together. They became the ENCHORUS CHILDREN'S CHOIR and have grown to 24 members. Over the last 3 years, the choir has performed with the Halton Regional Police Chorus, the Circle of Harmony, the Tempus Choral Society, the Burlington Civic Chorale and at several community events.

 

 
 

Stylamanders

The Stylamanders perform an interactive Christmas Show with lots of audience participation, yo-yo tricks and sing-a-longs. Fun for ALL! Lots of songs from their all original Christmas CD!

The Baker Street Victorian Carollers®

5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.; RBG Centre

The Baker Street Victorian Carollers® is a group of strolling singers bedecked in mid 19th century garb. They blend their harmonies to bring back memories of Christmases long ago. The costumes are meticulously researched and created by Richard Crossman, who is also the director of the group; the harmonies are composed by Sir John Stainer and Sir Arthur Sullivan, both of which lend an air of authenticity to the group. Our quartets of holiday carollers are a harmonious addition to any yuletide gathering.

Markus in Concert

JUNO Award Nominee and Treehouse TV personality Markus brings his festive concert series to kids and families across Canada. Kids of all ages will sing and dance along to all their favourite holiday songs in this highly interactive musical celebration of the season.

Burlington Welsh Male Chorus

11:30 a.m.; RBG Centre

In keeping with the tradition of Welsh four part Male Choirs the BWMC sing with a similar style and repertoire. It ranges from Welsh folk songs and hymns, to opera choruses, spirituals and musical numbers. The BWMC performs in various venues throughout Ontario and has also undertaken tours out of the country, from the Cayman Islands in 2003, to the Festival of Male Voices at the Royal Albert Hall in London in 2006. In September 2008 the BWMC travelled on a tour of New England, culminating in a performance at Carnegie Hall, in New York that featured world-renown Welsh Baritone, Bryn Terfel.

 

 
 

Isabella Hoops

1:30 p.m.; RBG Centre

Everyone will want to jump in and join Isabella for her uniquely entertaining, 30 minute high-energy, hula hoop show, full of fun and quirky audience participation opportunities and exciting stunts. Skyfall Quartet

5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.; RBG Centre

Skyfall is a four-part harmony a cappella quartet based in the Greater Toronto Area. They are members of a barbershop singing organization called Harmony Inc. In April 2016, they were third place medalists at Harmony’s Area 3 competition. Together, they have more than 85 years of barbershop singing experience.

Milton Show Choir

Milton Show Choir for Youth operates multiple community-based show choirs for students in grades two through high school. Members receive quality instruction in vocals, dance and stage performance. MSC offers a fun, creative environment featuring a yearly showcase, guest appearances, master classes, competition opportunities & optional tours for senior groups.

 

 
 

Madame Buskerfly

3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.; RBG Centre

Madame Buskerfly’s show blends physical comedy and circus skills. It moves from juggling with scarves, balls, clubs and Chinese yo-yo, to a death defying card trick involving a raccoon and a deck of cards. The finale features Madame Buskerfly as a ten-foot ballerina dancing to a piece from Baryshinikov with audience participation.

My Pop Choir is a group of community based adult choirs for people who love to sing pop & rock music, regardless of training, experience or confidence. There are no auditions! A Christmas Show with Cindy Cook

This show is a joyful sing-a-long with Cindy, SANT-APOOT and puppets covering everyone’s Christmas favourites. Kids join Cindy on stage for the hilarious “Jingle Bell Conga Line.” Cindy Cook is a seasoned, television and live children's performer. She is familiar to Canadian families as the longest running female host of Canada's most popular TV Show "Polka Dot Door" as well as the award-winning series "Time to Read".

Unicycling, Juggling and Puppeteering! - Stunt Ventriloquist Tim Holland drops jaws and tickles funny bones with a cast of hilarious characters in a one man show. Tim has been professionally entertaining for almost 2 decades; his performing adventures have taken him across Canada as well as internationally to venues in Europe, Asia, and Australia.
