Cartoon Bob

11 a.m. to 2 p.m.; RBG Centre

Need a unique Holiday gift? Why not have Cartoon Bob capture the “cartoon” likeness of you and your family, friends or pets in a holiday scene? Cartoon Bob will be sketching at the RBGs main centre during opening weekend of Holiday Traditions.


Saturday November 24 and Sunday November 25

Glisse on Ice

11 a.m. to 2 p.m.; RBG Centre

Glisse on Ice was created by Canadian professional figure skater Chantal Fry to bring the art of skating to places you least expect. She works with talented national level skaters creating skating movements using a custom made synthetic ice surface technology.


Saturday December 1 and Sunday December 2

Snowflakes Steel the Sky

11 a.m. to 12 p.m.; RBG Centre

The serenity of a winter’s snowfall comes to life as the dancers of Steel the Sky Aerial Arts twist, turn and weave aerial silks into beautiful snowflakes high above the audience. Steel the Sky Aerial Arts is an aerial dance performance troupe and aerial arts school located in Hamilton, ON.


Saturday December 8

Milton Show Choir

11 a.m. to 12 p.m.; RBG Centre

Milton Show Choir for Youth operates multiple community-based show choirs for students in grades two through high school. Members receive quality instruction in vocals, dance and stage performance. MSC offers a fun, creative environment featuring a yearly showcase, guest appearances, master classes, competition opportunities and optional tours for senior groups.


Friday December 14

High Five Quartet

6 to 9 p.m.; RBG Centre

High Five quartet have been making music together for more than 8 years, and love the joy of singing a cappella. Christmas is one of their favourite times of year because they have a lot of fun meeting new people at their singing events. Four women who love to sing, and the music makes five – High Five!


Saturday December 15

Burlington Welsh Ladies Chorus

11 a.m. to 12 p.m.; RBG Centre

The Burlington Welsh Ladies Chorus (BWLC) was founded in early 2017 following in the footsteps of the Burlington Welsh Male Chorus. The BWLC repertoire ranges from hymns, to opera choruses, spirituals, popular music, Welsh folk songs and show tunes under the direction of Janice Beninger, and accompanied by Christopher Hunt.


Saturday December 22

Garden City Orchestra

11 a.m. to 12 p.m.; RBG Centre

Garden City Orchestra formed through Long and McQuade Burlington, under the directorship of Rosemary Hale in 2015. The group provides an excellent musical education for all ages to help strengthen students' skills, and to learn orchestra repertoire in a friendly, supportive environment.


Sunday December 23

My Pop Choir

11 a.m. to 12 p.m.; RBG Centre

My Pop Choir is a group of community based adult choirs for people who love to sing pop and rock music. It’s about the love of singing, laughter and community. My Pop Choir’s group for Holiday Traditions includes members from all five choir locations, including Burlington.
