Event Description

One of RBG’s Courses & Workshops

Thursdays, September 17, 24, October 1, 8, 15, 22; 10:30 to 11:30 a.m.

This one-hour practice incorporates gentle stretching, mindful movement, and breath awareness. Lynn Mighton guides you through, adapting poses to meet your needs whether on the mat or using a chair. Reduce stress, move with ease, cultivate a clear mind and strong body. Please bring a yoga mat and firm blanket. Six-class series.

Fee: $85 for 6-class series + Service Fee (Members 10% off*)
