Gentle Yoga is a 60-minute class that incorporates gentle stretching, mindful movement and breath awareness. Reduce stress, move with ease, cultivate a clear mind and a strong body. A firm blanket or large towel plus a strap or scarf/tie are recommended.
Fee: $85 for 6 sessions (Members 10% off*)

Janet is a certified yoga teacher (RYT500), with additional training in somatic practices. She continues to study and research the connection between yoga, science and the healing arts and use the skills and knowledge acquired to inspire and help others discover the healing benefits of conscious movement.
Janet’s gentle yoga classes draw from her training and years of personal practice. She uses slow mindful movement and integrates different elements of breath awareness for better respiratory efficiency and to strengthen respiratory muscles. Sharing practices that can help to reduce the effects of chronic stress, chronic pain and focus on mobility, stability, strength and balance. To support students in developing a deeper sense of themselves.
