No matter your current fitness level, join Joh Friedrich to guide you through the widely practiced 24 Movement Yang Style Tai Chi form. Through this graceful and low impact exercise, improve the overall wellness of your body’s strength, balance and flexibility. This moving meditation helps to reduce stress and improve focus while nourishing your spirit.
