No matter your current fitness level, join Joh Friedrich to guide you through the widely practiced 24 Movement Yang Style Tai Chi form. Through this graceful and low impact exercise, improve the overall wellness of your body’s strength, balance and flexibility. This moving meditation helps to reduce stress and improve focus while nourishing your spirit.
NOTE: Registration Paused. Following the recommendation of Halton Region’s Medical Officer of Health and emerging evidence indicating cases from indoor physical activity settings are on the rise, Royal Botanical Gardens is taking action to help reduce COVID-19 transmission. As of October 20, 2020 RBG will be pausing indoor fitness-based wellness programs.
