ROSE GARDEN/HENDRIE PARK GARDENS
Walk from RBG Centre to Hendrie Park Gardens where you will see a season-long show of colour. Hendrie Park also is the main access to the Grindstone Creek/Hendrie Valley trail system.

LAKING GARDEN
The Laking Garden is a 1.5-kilometre walk from Hendrie Park along our nature trails. It's also just 0.5 kilometres down Plains Road West from Hendrie Park.

Iris, tree and herbaceous peonies, hostas, perennial beds, ornamental grasses and monocots, heritage plants, boxwood display.

July through August

ROCK GARDEN
Located two kilometres from RBG Centre, the Rock Garden has spectacular panoramic views of spring flowering bulbs and 70,000 summer annuals. Its protected climate allows many exotic species to thrive.

Late April through May

June
Flowering spring bulbs, annual flowers, azaleas and rhododendrons.

July
Annual flowers.

August, September though October
Annual flowers and chrysanthemums.

ARBORETUM
Just three kilometres by car from RBG Centre, the Arboretum also is home to the Nature Interpretive Centre (open year-round) and the North Shore trail system.

May through June
World's largest lilac collection, spring wildflowers, flowering crabapples, cherries and magnolias, rhododendrons, synoptic hedge collection, native trees.

July through August
Synoptic hedge collection, native trees.

September through October
Fall colours, synoptic hedge collection, native trees.
