Director, Biodiversity Programs
This position has a significant responsibility for promoting and effecting the sustainability and viability of Royal Botanical Gardens through its divisional mandate and its responsibilities to the executive team, the Board of Directors. This position will be responsible for continuing to evolve Royal Botanical Gardens mandate by directing scientific and related resources to enhance research and programs, which will benefit the environment, Royal Botanical Gardens membership and the public. This position is responsible for promoting scientific research and programming with the executive team, with the Board of Directors, membership, and partners. The position must ensure programs and research further the overall mandate of Royal Botanical Gardens.

Director, Business Development and Fundraising
This position has a significant responsibility for promoting and effecting the sustainability and viability of Royal Botanical Gardens through its divisional mandate and its responsibilities to the executive team, the Board of Directors, the membership, and public. This position will be responsible for creativity and leading-edge thinking relative to achieving membership growth and achieving success for the evolving mandate. This position is responsible for leading the executive team through the development of program specific initiatives, and ensuring an appropriate perspective is represented relative to programming and customer-facing activities. The position is responsible for promoting Royal Botanical Gardens with an entrepreneurial and creative approach.

Director of Operations
This position has a significant responsibility for the efficient and effective operation of Royal Botanical Gardens through the delivery of front-line services and through the management of assets. In addition, this position is responsible for directing the corporate controllership functions to ensure diligence and rigour. This position will be responsible for actively integrating and providing the corporate controllership perspective to the business plans and strategic priorities of the other two divisions, to promote appropriate resource investments which are consistent with the mandate.
