Kippax Garden and improvements to the Rose Garden.

The team includes: MHPM, project managers for the overall project; Diamond and Schmitt Architects, architects of the Camilla and Peter Dalglish Atrium; Ira McDonald Construction, construction managers for the Camilla and Peter Dalglish Atrium; the Landplan Collaborative, landscape architects for the parking lot expansion and Rose Garden developments; Martin Wade, landscape architect for the Helen M. Kippax Garden and Aldershot Landscaping Company, construction managers for the garden developments.

The primary goals of the Rejuvenation Project are:
• Providing barrier-free access from RBG Centre to Hendrie Park Gardens
• Increasing year-round display and program space
• Re-developing Hendrie Park Gardens as a major focal point
• Introducing a new perennial garden on a peninsula of tableland projecting into
Grindstone Creek valley, surrounded by natural lands on three sides
• Providing a new gateway entrance to RBG Centre
• Improving visitors’ experience by renovating the entrance and parking lot

Phase I of our Enhancement and Rejuvenation Project is made possible by the support of Canada-Ontario Infrastructure Program (COIP) and individual donors.
