Web Page Construction Pending !!!

This is the only section of Hamilton Harbour that has not been filled in or modified over the years.  Preliminary plans include limiting construction in the area to underwater reefs to enhance fish habitat and ensure the long term integrity of the natural shoreline.  Wildlife habitat will be enhanced through the creation of a sand flats north of Carrolls Point for shorebirds.
