Chocolate M.D.: Chocolate For Health

Truth or Myth: Is chocolate good for you? Join nutrition consultant Shannon Crocker as she describes potential health benefits and steers you towards smart choices for incorporating cacao products into your healthy diet. Sample chocolate-based snacks and go home with great recipes.

Chocolate Mehndi Ceremony

Mehndi is a ceremonial art form used by many Indian cultures and is typically done with henna paste. Come learn about this ancient art, have a temporary skin decoration done with chocolate, and leave with supplies to practice at home!
