March Break camps at RBG are always fun and educational, and you can now add delicious to that list as well. ‘Going Cocoa’ Discovery Day Camps offer the world of chocolate to kids of all ages:

• Delicious Discoveries

  Age 4-7
  From rainforest treasure to luscious treat — immerse yourself in the story of chocolate! For thousands of years humans have been fascinated with the delicious phenomenon that we call chocolate. Join us for the day to explore Chocolate: The Exhibition and learn about the biology, ecology and history of this amazing plant. Come explore the local connections as we travel through our rich forest, wetlands and greenhouses. Play games, make crafts and of course sample the different forms of chocolate.
  
  
  

  Tropical Treasures

  Age 8-12
  Journey through history to get the complete story behind the tasty treat that we crave in Chocolate: The Exhibition. Chocolate will engage your senses and reveal facets of this sumptuous sweet that you’ve never thought about before. You’ll explore the plant, the products, and the culture of chocolate through the lenses of science, history, and popular culture. Through hikes, games and explorations this day is sure to be a blast as we explore our local fields and forest and the riches they offer.
